Shipping

Paragon Surfboards offers FREE shipping within the continental US (except Maine).  If you live in Hawaii, contact our Hawaii dealer listed below.  We process and ship orders Monday – Friday.  Orders typically arrive within 5-14 days. We also offer pick-up options (see below) for customers that are willing to drive to our warehouse or to their local dealer's location. 

  

Warehouse Pick-Up (online orders only)

If you'd like to pick up your board at our warehouse in Huntington Beach, CA, simply select the "Pick-Up" option when choosing your delivery method at checkout and we'll hook you up with a FREE hat + leash.  In addition, pick-up orders receive a free meal from Wahoo's Fish Taco :)

Process

Once your order has been received and processed, we will email you an invoice along with a tracking number for your package. Our freight company will then contact you and set up a delivery appointment.  You can check the shipment status of your order at any time by simply clicking on the tracking link in your email.  

 

Claims

If you discover damage upon opening your surfboard, please email the details along with pictures of the visible damage to info@paragonsurfboards.com within 2 days of receiving your surfboard.  We will respond within 7 days advising you with the appropriate action to take.  Please do not return items without receiving instructions. Paragon Surfboards must approve the return of the item if any claim of shipping damage is made.
