Paragon Surfboards offers FREE shipping within the continental US. We also offer a significantly discounted pick-up option (see below) for customers that are willing to drive to their local dealer's location. You can contact your local dealer here.
We also offer international shipping throughout the world. Our goal is to get you in the water as soon as possible, so we make every effort to ship your surfboard both quickly and safely.
We process and ship orders Monday – Friday. Domestic orders arrive within 3-7 days. Orders to Hawaii arrive within 7-14 days.

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday. International shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, and/or custom fees imposed by their local government. Due to customs, packages may be delayed and Paragon Surfboards is not responsible for delayed delivery.
Once your order has been received and processed, we will email you an invoice along with a tracking number for your package. Our freight company will then contact you and set up a delivery appointment. You can check the shipment status of your order at any time by simply clicking on the tracking link in your email.
In the rare event that your shipment box arrives and is clearly/visually damaged, please refuse to accept the shipment. Simply write “refused due to damage” on the shipping receipt and give it back to the shipping company. Please notify Paragon Surfboards email@example.com within 24 hours and we will ship you a replacement surfboard. Please understand that it will take an additional 3-14 days to receive your replacement surfboard depending on your location.
In the event that you discover concealed damage to your surfboard after opening your shipment box, please follow one of the two options listed below.
Option 1: Request Compensation – If you feel the damage is something that you can live with or easily repair, please accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours. We will ask that you email us the details along with a clear picture of the claimed defect to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of the original purchase date and prior to use. We will respond within 7 days with a refund proposal to compensate you fairly for the damage.
Option 2: Request a Replacement – If you are unsatisfied and desire a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours. We will ask that you email us the details along with a clear picture of the claimed defect to email@example.com within 3 days of the original purchase date and prior to use. If we deem the surfboard to be damaged, we will arrange to have the damaged board returned to us. We will also provide you with a replacement surfboard.
