SHIPPING/PICK-UPS

Paragon Surfboards offers FREE shipping within the continental US.  We process and ship orders Monday – Friday.  Orders typically arrive within 5-14 days. We also offer pick-up options (see below) for customers that are willing to drive to our warehouse or to their local dealer's location. 

  

Warehouse Pick-Up (online orders only)

If you'd like to pick up your board at our warehouse in Huntington Beach, CA select the pick-up option at checkout.  Warehouse pick-up orders receive a FREE 8' leash + 2 bars of wax :)

 

Dealer Pick-Up

You can contact your local dealer here.  

 

Process

Once your order has been received and processed, we will email you an invoice along with a tracking number for your package. Our freight company will then contact you and set up a delivery appointment.  You can check the shipment status of your order at any time by simply clicking on the tracking link in your email.  If you'd like to keep visual tabs on your package, we recommend that you download the Route App.

 

Claims

We now offer Route Package Protection to help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages.  To receive this protection, click on the Route Shipping Protection option at checkout. 

If you don't select the protection plan at checkout, we still provide damage coverage if you discover damage to your surfboard after opening your shipment box. If this happens, please email the details along with pictures of the visible damage to claims@paragonsurfboards.com within 2 days of receiving your surfboard.  We will respond within 7 days advising you with the appropriate action to take.  Please do not return items without receiving instructions. Paragon Surfboards must approve the return of the item if any claim of shipping damage is made.
